This month's topic: Networking Without Losing Yourself Networking in a new culture can feel like learning a whole new language. In this session, we'll talk honestly about what genuine networking looks like in U.S. professional culture: the difference between transactional and relational connection, how to follow up in a way that feels natural (not needy), and how to stay true to yourself while still playing by the unwritten rules. Whether you're new to networking here or just tired of forcing it, this is a space to figure out what actually works by talking through it together.
