Come learn about seaweed aquaculture, and taste some delicious things made with kelp and seaweed! Held at: The Sea House, home of the nonprofit Seatrees, in Encinitas What to expect: The Sea House Kelp short film screening Talk + tabling with Simona Augyte from California Sea Grant on seaweed aquaculture Taste top kelp products by Barnacle Foods, from kelp pickles and kelp chili crisp to hot sauces and even kelp chocolate!
