Meet at "Pipes": northern area of San Elijo State Beach at the northern-most part of the north parking lot shower near the top of the ramp (not stairs). If you see stairs and you see parking lot north of you, keep going north! The map is only an approximation. Easiest to park for free on Coast Hwy. Agenda: 6:30 am: Meet and Intros6:45 am: Guided breathwork7:00 am: surf or beach walk. If conditions don't permit either, we'll get coffee!8:30 am: head to work feeling energized!
