New topic every week, and nothing builds on the last one, so show up whenever. Bring a laptop. What's new, and what people are using We start with the latest news and a quick round of what's working for people in the room: tools, tricks, and what turned out to be a waste of time. 2. What our research says Our team spends the week testing what works best for which jobs. You get the findings: what holds up, where, and what doesn't. 3. This week's challenge Then the main event. We introduce the topic, what it is and why it trips people up, and get into a scenario: a business with real work to do and AI quietly involved. A clinic putting it on the phones. A print shop handing over the design work. We read the setup and poke at it. What's really going on, and what's about to go wrong? Then, out loud as a room: what's the actual problem, in one sentence? And what would a fix look like: more money in, or less money out? Most people skip this step on their own, and it's usually why the thing they built didn't work. Then you take a run at building it, quick and rough, on your own machine. Nobody's finishing anything. You're finding out where your thinking held up and where it didn't, which is the part you can't get alone at your desk. Bring a laptop Bring whatever AI tool you already use.
