Who We Are We are a group of learners and doers focused on using AI effectively. We skip the hype and focus on practical application by building real tools together. This Session: The Virtual Specialist Showcase This week, we are diving straight back into the build. We’ll be reviewing the Customer Service Agent (Virtual Specialist) MVPs that our members have produced based on the PRD shared previously. Whether you have a fully functional agent, a rough prototype, or just a workflow map of how you attempted to solve the problem, we want to see it. The goal is to compare different approaches—prompt engineering strategies, tool stacks, and logic flows—to see how we all tackled the same objective.
