The AIH Legacy Dinner brings together a lineup of talented chefs—all proud graduates of AIH—who have gone on to shape Houston’s vibrant culinary scene. Hosted at Lena’s Asian Kitchen, this event comes full circle, taking place in the very building where it all began. Chef Lena, owner of Lena’s Asian Kitchen and an AIH alumna herself, welcomes fellow graduates back to their roots for a night of creativity, nostalgia, and exceptional cuisine. Each chef will present small bites of a unique dish that reflects their journey, influences, and evolution since their time at AIH—creating a feast experience that tells a story of passion, resilience, and culinary artistry. More than just a dinner, this evening also gives back—a portion of proceeds will go toward supporting domestic abuse survivors through Lena’s Foundation, helping make a meaningful impact beyond the table. This is more than a dinner—it’s a tribute to where it all started, a celebration of how far they’ve come, and a chance to experience the flavors of Houston through the lens of its homegrown talent.
