Once a month in London, people who are building and operating businesses come together to champion, support and share with each other. Each evening opens with a short focused session, where a guest speaker takes one part of their specialisms and shares what experience has taught them about it. One subject, no filler. That is followed by a guided discussion in small groups, built around what the speaker has covered, so the room gets to work with the material rather than only listen to it. Then the rest of the evening opens up for you to network. You come away having learned something from someone who has actually built it, among people who are all building something of their own, and usually with someone you want to collaborate with. Who is this for? Anyone running or building a business who wants it to be bigger. Five months in or fifteen years, it makes no difference, as long as you are still building. Come if you would rather leave with one useful conversation than a stack of business cards. The focused session speaker for Room 1: Michael Swain Michael was brought in as Owner Director of a managed services business, doubled its turnover in fourteen months, and took it through to a successful exit. He is now co-founder of Malakai, an AI voice agent that answers business calls around the clock. Whatever you run, you should be able to take something away and use it the same week. If you wish there will be the ability to continue to collaborate / interact with your peers outside of just the monthly meeting to further collaboration.
