You donโt need rhythm or dance experience for this. Itโs really about feeling more comfortable in your body, letting go of tension, and just moving in a way that feels good. No heels required. All levels welcome. Wear something you feel comfortable in. A small number of mother/daughter tickets (ages 8+) are available, provided they are able to participate independently, follow guidance, and remain present for the full experience. This is not a childrenโs class or childcare setting.
