An honest conversation with the female collective of foundHERs and buildHERs about working ON your business, not IN it. Two words. Operator: you run the business. Owner: you've built a business that runs. Most of us own one on paper and operate one in practice — and no amount of working harder moves you from one to the other. Growing and starting a business always comes back to step one: the mindset and the foundation underneath it. If that foundation is wobbly, whatever you build on top won't hold. So we're spending part of the evening actually working on it — a short, guided session where you'll map what's really on your plate, find the one thing you're holding onto for the wrong reasons, and decide to put it down. The rest of the night is what you came for: real conversation with ambitious women building the same thing you are, while the insights are still fresh.
