VOA is a community for founders, creators, and investors who are building something, and know that growth doesn’t only happen behind a screen. We create curated experiences for those who value real conversations, meaningful connection, and moments that shift perspective. This experience takes place in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, a full-day retreat designed to step away from the noise, reset, and connect with a small, intentional group of like-minded people. The day blends movement, wellness, and conversation, including a guided hike, founder talk by Misti Cain (“The Hustle & Grind Paradox: Where great ideas actually come from”), yoga, sound healing, ice bath, pool and jacuzzi access, and a chef-curated lunch with drinks throughout the afternoon. Transportation from the border to the boutique hotel and back is included, along with all experiences, food, and drinks throughout the day. This is not a traditional networking event. It’s a space to reconnect with yourself, and meet others who are on a similar path. Spots are limited and access is by application to keep the group curated
