We sit down, play low-stakes Texas Hold’em, and let the room speak for itself. Poker has a way of revealing how people think—how they make decisions, handle pressure, and read others. The same traits show up in business. This isn’t about winning money. It’s about being in the right room with the right people, without the usual noise.
