There is something quietly powerful about sitting with a warm cup of tea — no agenda, no rush. Just presence. Every first Sunday of the month, I invite you to step out of the noise and into a moment of stillness. As a tea practitioner, I'll be sharing tea in the tradition of Chinese tea culture — slowly, mindfully, and in silence together. This is a free, complimentary offering. No experience with meditation or tea ceremony is needed. Simply come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to slow down. What to expect: A peaceful, unhurried atmosphere.
