This is the guide. The Insider Series is a monthly gathering and networking event for international professionals in San Diego who want honest, practical conversations about navigating life and work in the U.S. — from someone who has spent 16+ years helping people do exactly that. This session includes: — A 15-minute expert perspective on the topic — 30 minutes of facilitated group discussion — 30 minutes of open networking and socializing No lectures. No PowerPoints. Just real conversation with a small, curated group of international professionals across industries who are figuring out the same things you are. This month's topic: Confidence & Connection Confidence in a new country doesn't come from knowing more — it comes from believing you're allowed to take up space, speak up, and build real relationships even when you're still learning the rules.
