Tijuana Bright Business Club

The Tijuana Bright Business Club is a curated in-person community where founders and industry experts come together to solve real business problems, share proven frameworks, and accelerate growth, scale, and successful exits. 🚀 Each monthly meeting follows a clear three‑part structure designed to maximize connection, learning, and visibility for every attendee: 1. Connection & Club Orientation 2. Topic of the Month – Bright Business Operating System 3. The 5×5 Pitch Session – 5 Slides in 5 Minutes 1. Connection & Club Orientation We start with intentional, light‑structure networking so members and visitors can meet and reconnect without long individual introductions that consume the entire meeting. • Guided Networking: Short, focused conversations designed to help you quickly discover who’s in the room and how you can help each other. • Bright Business Overview: The host briefly introduces: • Why Bright Business exists • Our mission and values • How the Bright Business Operating System supports entrepreneurs and professionals • What membership includes and how to get more involved This segment is designed to create a sense of belonging and shared purpose right from the start. 2. Topic of the Month – Bright Business Operating System Every month, we focus on one core topic from the Bright Business Operating System (e.g., strategy, marketing, sales, systems, leadership, money, etc.). The goal is not just to “consume content” but to co-create insight and action. Format: • 30‑minute Interactive Session led by: • A Bright Business member guest speaker, or • An invited expert (non‑member speakers are welcome to apply), or • The host, when appropriate • Style: • Short presentation or framework (not a long lecture) • High engagement: questions, brainstorming, discussion • Practical tools and takeaways participants can apply immediately in their business or career Speaker Opportunities: • Members are encouraged to apply to be guest speakers and share their expertise with the community. • Non‑members with relevant expertise are also welcome to apply as guest speakers. Sessions are designed to be around 30 minutes and must be: • Educational (not a sales pitch) • Practical and interactive • Relevant to one of the Bright Business Operating System pillars To apply as a guest speaker for a future month, please contact the host or organizer.
