San Diego Bright Business Club: Monthly Founders and Experts Collaborative Meeting

San Diego Bright Business Club: The Founder’s Monthly Mastermind The San Diego Bright Business Club is a curated in-person community where founders and industry experts come together to solve real business problems, share proven frameworks, and accelerate growth, scale, and successful exits. 🚀 We don't just network; we operate. Every meeting is designed to provide you with a high-level "Operating System" for your business, ensuring you have the strategy, systems, and leadership required to build a company that can thrive with or without you. The Meeting Structure: Connection, Learning, & Visibility Each monthly meeting follows a clear three-part structure designed to maximize connection, learning, and visibility for every attendee: 1. Connection & Club Orientation We start with intentional, light-structure networking. No long, boring individual introductions. • Guided Networking: Short, focused conversations designed to help you quickly discover who’s in the room and how you can help each other. • Bright Business Overview: A brief introduction to our mission, values, and how the Bright Business Operating System (BBOS) supports your journey from founder to CEO. 2. Topic of the Month – The Bright Business Operating System Every month, we dive into one core pillar of the Bright Business Operating System. Our curriculum rotates through 12 essential business disciplines, including: • Strategy & Purpose: Defining your "Why" and your "Future State." • Marketing & Sales: Mastering the Pain-Solution Matrix and Communication Strategy. • Operations & Systems: Optimizing Production Flow, Delegation, and Value Creation. • Finance & Scale: Financial Forecasting, KPIs, and Exit Strategies. Format: A 30-minute interactive session led by a member expert, guest speaker, or the host. This is a high-engagement framework—not a lecture—providing practical tools you can apply immediately. Speaker & Leadership Opportunities We believe in elevating our members. • Members: Encouraged to apply as guest speakers to share expertise. • Experts: Non-members with relevant expertise are welcome to apply for educational, non-sales sessions. • Apply to Speak: https://gobrightbusiness.com/guest-speaker-guide/ Who This Meeting Is For • Business Owners & Founders looking for a scalable "Operating System." • Consultants & Experts wanting to share their brilliance and find high-level collaborators. • Creators & Builders with serious intentions to grow and eventually exit. 3.
