Welcome to TEVCON 2027 The Technology, Energy, and Vehicle Conference Date: January 19–21, 2027 Location: Downtown San Diego's Broadway Pier Produced by: Energy Defense Council (EDC), a non-government 501(c)(3) organization TEVCON is the premier annual defense-industry conference where U.S. agencies, national labs, primes, innovators, and investors convene to fund and facilitate American Energy, Drone, and AI Dominance. Built for speed, TEVCON is a fully integrated, three-day program where partnerships form, capital is accessed, and real procurement happens onsite. Over three days on the San Diego waterfront, TEVCON 2027 brings together leadership from the Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Army FUZE (SBIR/STTR, xTech, ManTech, TMI), the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU), Idaho National Laboratory, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and the Departments of Energy and Justice. These leaders will collaborate alongside prime contractors, defense-tech founders, and private capital representatives. Our Mission & Objectives At TEVCON 2027, participants will work to reindustrialize America by executing the following objectives: Deploy Capital: Apply over $3 trillion in government, industry, and private capital to rapidly fund technology, energy, and autonomous vehicle/drone innovation. Advance Nuclear Energy: Facilitate orders for U.S. nuclear reactors from the Department of Defense and strategic "123 Agreement" nations. Scale Autonomous Systems: Facilitate orders for U.S.-origin land, air, and sea drones from the DoD and strategic allied nations. Secure Infrastructure: "Island" U.S. military bases with nuclear reactors capable of sustaining critical infrastructure, data centers, and fleets (manned and unmanned). Accelerate Testing: Expedite access to drone testing ranges and funding for manufacturers of unmanned land, air, and sea vehicles. Empower the Warfighter: Deliver relentless, asymmetric power to U.S. warfighters that surpasses operational energy demands for advanced mission systems. What is a 123 Agreement? Civil nuclear cooperation agreements, also known as 123 Agreements, provide a legal framework for exports of nuclear material, equipment, and components from the United States to another country. Over 50 countries have entered into 123 Agreements with the U.S., and most are invited to TEVCON 2027.
