We will go from there! 2. Hot Seat Review We open with the founder from our last session sharing what they did and what moved. This is the part most rooms skip. We don’t. If a move didn’t work, that is useful too. 3. The Hot Seat One founder takes the hot seat. We start with their real number or Key Performance Indicator. What measure do you wish to change?
