The Perch: Making Room The Perch is a monthly gathering for women who are craving a little more space for themselves, meaningful conversation, and genuine connection created by Jen Holt, founder of Bright Finch Coaching. No networking. No awkward icebreakers. No pressure to have your life figured out. Each gathering blends guided reflection, small-group conversation, and plenty of room to connect with other women who are navigating their own questions about what they want, what’s changing, and what comes next. September’s theme: Making Room We spend a lot of time figuring out what to add: another goal, another commitment, another thing we should probably be doing. But sometimes moving forward starts with something else entirely: making room. Room to think. Room to reconnect with yourself. Room for the people, ideas, possibilities, and parts of your life that haven’t been getting enough of your attention. We’ll spend the evening exploring what has been taking up your time and energy, what you might be ready to loosen your grip on, and what you’d like to create more space for. Come by yourself or bring a friend. You don’t need to prepare anything, and you definitely don’t need to arrive with answers. Just come ready for good conversation, thoughtful reflection, and a couple of hours that are yours.
