Start your month grounded, surrounded by people building the same dream. On the first Monday of each month, wellness founders and entrepreneurs gather in Mission Bay Park to share a wellness practice and connect over what fills us up and how we can support each other's purpose. We check in with ourselves first, then with each other. Blankets, ocean breeze, tea, and meaningful conversation. Here's how December 7 will flow: We'll start with a tea ceremony, then Alissa Johnston, a San Diego native who helps entrepreneurs and leaders navigate change with clarity and strategic play, will share how Gallup's CliftonStrengths can shift the way you lead: naming your natural strengths and leaning on them with intention, in your goals and your partnerships. Then we go around the circle, introduce ourselves, and share something related to our monthly prompt. From there, it's open connection. This month, Jackie Han, a photographer from our community, is offering portrait photography. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, or something comfortable to sit on. Sunscreen and a hat recommended.
