I've spent the last two decades solving supply chain and operations problems for food and beverage companies — enterprise scale at Campbell Soup, growth-stage work at Amy's Kitchen, program and supply chain leadership at Lassonde Pappas. Somewhere in the middle of all that, I spent five years as a dairy farmer and ran my own artisan cheese company, Folly Cheese, while working various other consulting, design, and commercialization projects. Coffey Company is how I bring the range of my experience to food and beverage companies that need supply chain, operations, R&D, or commercialization help without adding permanent headcount. I work directly with clients who receive the same senior-level judgment and guidance whether it's a single co-manufacturing negotiation or constructing a major facility.
