Jae Sly is a seasoned biopharmaceutical executive and consultant with over 20 years of experience spanning R&D to clinical development. She specializes in strategic partnering and international expansion of biopharma technologies and services, with a strong track record of supporting startups and established companies in the U.S. and global markets. Jae has led initiatives in cross-border partnerships, investment forums, and technology evaluation for investment and licensing opportunities. She is actively involved in government and industry collaborations, having organized and presented at international conferences and high-level government partnering meetings. Jae holds a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Washington and an MBA from San Diego State University. She serves as Adjunct Faculty and Board Member in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Delaware and is a Senior Scientific Advisor to USciences and LIMR. She is also a member of LES, ESACT, BIO, and BIO Startup Stadium, and a mentor in DE and MD incubator startup programs.
