Most early-stage companies don’t struggle because of bad ideas They struggle because turning vision into execution is messy. That’s the gap I love working in. I partner with founders, product leaders, and engineering teams to turn complex ideas into clear plans, working software, and scalable systems. Over the past 6+ years in software development, I’ve worked at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and operational structure. My role is often to translate between the different worlds inside a company: Founder vision → Product roadmap → Engineering delivery. I’m especially drawn to moments where things feel a little chaotic: too many ideas, unclear priorities, teams pulling in different directions, or complex workflows that are slowing execution. My job is to bring clarity to that environment so teams can move faster and build better products. My product philosophy is heavily influenced by the book Don’t Make Me Think. The best software doesn’t overwhelm users with complexity—it quietly removes friction. I love untangling complicated systems and turning them into products that feel intuitive the first time someone uses them. In practice, that often means helping teams: • translate strategy into clear product direction • align product, engineering, and operations • simplify complex workflows and systems • ship meaningful product improvements faster If you’re building a product and the path from idea → execution feels messy, that’s usually where I do my best work.
