I’ve spent years working in commercial real estate, advising owners, investors, developers, brokers, and lenders across a wide range of transactions. Throughout that time, I kept seeing the same inefficiencies repeated over and over again, regardless of the asset type or the people involved. Those experiences ultimately led me to step back and ask a much bigger question: What if we could fundamentally improve how this industry connects, collaborates, and creates opportunities? My mission isn’t simply to build another software company. It’s to build a platform that meaningfully improves one of the world’s largest industries by making it more intelligent, transparent, and relationship-driven, while helping professionals spend less time navigating inefficiencies and more time creating value. I’m looking for a founding technical partner who shares that long-term mindset. Someone who isn’t just interested in building software, but in building a company with the potential to leave a lasting impact on an industry that has remained largely unchanged for decades.
