I coach founders and CEOs through the parts of the job that outside advisors cannot reach. Two decades as a founder and Silicon Valley SaaS operator. Two companies built and sold, over $80M in products and services closed. I know the actual weight of the seat. My clients are founders and CEOs from Series A through exit, and the founders navigating what comes after the exit. Leaders who have already proven they can build. The next phase is not about tactics. It is about how they show up under pressure, how they lead a team that now has real weight on it, and how they stay clear when the stakes get large. For the founders who want to go deeper, I am also a certified psychedelic integration guide. This is not the entry point of the work. It is a tool inside a larger coaching relationship, offered when it fits the leader and the moment.

Hobbies & interests
Winemaker, beekeeper, and the human of a 145 lb. Leonberger. I split my time between Del Mar and the mountains (Montana & Park City). Long-distance runner (Boston qualifier), snowboarder, mountain biker, pickleball player, and cook. Thirty-Four countries and counting. Live music and stand-up comedy on the weekends.
