I build operational systems, products, and growth initiatives by identifying real-world friction points and turning them into scalable solutions. My background spans SaaS, product operations, program leadership, and founder-led execution, with a focus on aligning teams, removing blockers, and driving initiatives from ambiguity to operational reality. At Cloudbeds, I worked across sales, product operations, and strategic initiatives during a critical growth period for the hospitality industry. I consistently exceeded quota during the COVID recovery period and later helped launch the Amplify Program, which generated more than $500K in incremental booked room revenue within six months for partner properties. I also supported the operational expansion of Cloudbeds Payments, working cross-functionally across product, engineering, compliance, finance, and external providers including Stripe and Adyen to resolve a critical blocker impacting international deployment. The initiative ultimately supported global market expansion and large-scale transaction growth across multiple regions. Alongside my SaaS experience, I founded Rasant/Straps, a patented rapid-deploy utility strap system built from operational experience in high-pressure rescue environments. Building the company required navigating product development, international manufacturing, procurement pathways, strategic partnerships, go-to-market execution, and field validation across municipal, rescue, and defense-adjacent markets. The product is now used by rescue professionals and has seen operational evaluation and procurement interest within Naval Special Warfare and public safety organizations. The experience reinforced how I approach execution: observe operational friction, build practical systems, and iterate quickly in environments where reliability matters.
