I'm a clinical psychologist and behavioral scientist with 20 years of experience in digital health, academic medicine, and health systems. Most recently at Omada Health, I led the behavioral science and outcomes strategy for their GLP-1 companion program, helping establish Omada as the evidence-based standard in the category and building the clinical evidence infrastructure that supported the company's IPO. I'm now founding Firehorse Health around the same thesis applied to psychedelic medicine: that behavioral science is the layer that determines whether transformational experiences produce durable clinical outcomes, and that no one has operationalized it as a scalable delivery model yet.
