Join us for a practical session on how to discover and validate Product-Market Fit using proven approaches from The Mom Test, The Right It, and The Lean Startup. You’ll learn how to: Talk to customers without getting misled by polite lies Test ideas quickly and cheaply before writing code Use MVPs and experiments to learn what really matters Spot the signals that show you’re on the path to Product-Market Fit This talk is for founders, product builders, and anyone trying to avoid the trap of building “a solution to a problem no one has.” You’ll leave with actionable tools to test your own ideas and move closer to real traction. We'll also turn a portion of the event over to people who want to share their problems with traction, come up with a plan of action, and identify if it's a product-market fit problem at its core! We'll also have an opportunity for people to introduce themselves for thirty seconds before we move into the networking session.
