Start up Week Special Calling all entrepreneurs and builders in the startup ecosystem — bring your sneakers and your notebook. Sweat + Strategize is a new bi-weekly gathering for founders, freelancers, and early-stage teams who want more than another networking mixer. We open with a 45-minute group workout (led by a certified instructor), then shift gears into a 15–30 minute seminar on a topic that actually moves your business — or your life — forward. Think fitness genetics and nutrition one week, budgeting and retirement planning the next, personal/company branding after that, and more. Founded by three entrepreneurs who've been each other's accountability partners, mentors, and hype squad, this series is built on a simple idea: the best communities take care of the whole person — body, mind, and business. Come for the workout, stay for the insight, leave with new connections. Workout: Seminar: Problem Solving Lab Everyone's stuck on something. Bring a problem you're working through, big or small, and the group will dig into it with you. You'll hear fresh perspectives, swap ideas, and leave with practical next steps.
