Understand the dashboard

Navigate your host dashboard and manage your events.

The dashboard is your control center for hosting events on Eventship. Here's what you'll find.

Overview section

At the top, you'll see:

  • Your host profile name and icon
  • Number of upcoming events
  • Total attendees across all events
  • Quick stats about registrations

Your events

Upcoming events - See all events you're hosting soon. Click any event to edit it or view attendees.

Past events - View events that have already happened. Great for reviewing attendance and planning similar events.

Each event shows:

  • Event title and date
  • Number of attendees registered
  • Status (draft, published, canceled)
  • Quick actions (edit, view details, clone)

Quick actions

+ Create event - Start a new event using the 5-step wizard.

View analytics - See who registered, ticket sales, and event performance (if available).

Manage community - Use Profile or Settings to edit your host profile, or open Team to add and manage team members.

Multiple host profiles

If you manage several host profiles or communities, switch between them using the dropdown at the top of the dashboard. Each profile has its own set of events.

Use the left sidebar to access:

  • Overview - Home and event overview
  • Events - Full list of your events
