Membership receipts

Find and download receipts for your paid host memberships.

Every time you're charged for a paid membership, Stripe generates a paid invoice and receipt. You can view and download your past membership receipts from your account — handy for expense reports, reimbursements, or your own records.

Where to find your receipts

Click your profile picture in the top-right to open the account menu, then click Subscriptions. Open the Payments tab on that page and you'll see every paid membership receipt, newest first.

Each payment shows:

  • The host and membership tier
  • The amount charged and currency
  • The billing period (start and end date)
  • Payment status (paid, open, uncollectible, etc.)

Download the receipt

Click the receipt button next to a paid payment. Stripe opens a hosted page where you can download the receipt PDF for your records. If Stripe only has the invoice PDF available, Eventship links to that instead.

What appears here

We only show payments from paid memberships where Stripe is the processor. Free follows and one-off event tickets won't show up here.

If you've subscribed to multiple hosts, you'll see payments from all of them grouped together in one list.

Why don't I see my receipt yet?

Receipts are generated after Stripe finalizes the charge. If you just subscribed and your receipt hasn't appeared, give Stripe a minute to finalize it and refresh the page. If it's still missing after a few minutes, contact the host or email [email protected].

Canceled memberships

Canceling a membership doesn't remove your past receipts — they stay available in the Payments tab for your records.
