Sponsorship packages

Create sponsorship tiers with custom benefits.

Sponsorship packages let companies support your event while getting visibility and perks. Create tiers like Gold, Silver, and Bronze with different benefits and prices.

Create a Sponsorship Package

Go to your event dashboard and click "Add Sponsorship Package." Give it a name and tier level. Write a clear description of what sponsors receive. Set the price and how many are available.

Add Custom Benefits

Each tier can include different perks:

  • Logo placement on event page
  • Speaking slot during event
  • Booth or table space
  • Email mentions
  • Social media shoutout
  • VIP tickets

Be specific. Tell sponsors exactly what they get.

Set Availability

Limit how many sponsorships of each tier you'll sell. Once sold out, the tier disappears from your event page. This creates urgency and exclusivity.

Show Packages on Your Event Page

Sponsorship packages appear on your event page. Interested companies click to purchase. They pay through checkout just like ticket buyers.

Multiple Package Types

Create as many tiers as you want. Keep them organized:

  • Platinum ($5,000)
  • Gold ($2,500)
  • Silver ($1,000)
  • Bronze ($500)

Or mix custom benefits into each tier.

After the Event

Once your event ends, generate impact reports for sponsors. Show attendance numbers, engagement metrics, and media coverage. This proves ROI and helps sponsors justify their investment.

Selling Sponsorships

You can also sell directly to sponsors without using the platform. Create the package as a placeholder so you can track it and report on results later.
