View your tickets, QR codes, and add events to your calendar.

Manage your event tickets and registrations in one place.

Find your tickets

  1. Sign in to your Eventship account
  2. Go to My tickets or My events
  3. You'll see all your upcoming and past events

Each ticket shows:

  • Event name and date
  • Ticket type you bought
  • Your confirmation number
  • QR code for check-in

Check in at the event

On event day, bring your QR code. Here's what to do:

  1. Open your Eventship app or email confirmation
  2. Show your QR code at the entrance
  3. The host scans it to check you in
  4. Enjoy the event!

If you don't have your phone, print your confirmation email.

Add to your calendar

Never miss an event. Add it to your calendar:

  1. Go to your ticket
  2. Click Add to calendar or iCal
  3. Choose your calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.)
  4. The event appears on your calendar automatically

Wallet passes

Save your ticket to your phone's wallet for quick access:

iPhone (Apple Wallet):

  1. Open your ticket
  2. Click Add to Apple Wallet
  3. Tap Add
  4. Your ticket appears in the Wallet app

Android (Google Wallet):

  1. Open your ticket
  2. Click Add to Google Wallet
  3. Your ticket appears in Google Wallet

Show your pass at check-in—no need to open email or the app.

Cancel your registration

Need to cancel?

  1. Go to your ticket
  2. Click Cancel registration
  3. Confirm
  4. You'll get a refund if you paid

Refunds typically process in 3–5 business days.

Questions about your ticket?

Contact the event host directly from your ticket page. Click Message host or Contact organizer.

Tips

  • Save your ticket to your wallet the day before the event
  • Add events to your calendar so you don't forget
  • Keep your confirmation email as backup
  • Cancel early if you can't attend—it helps the host plan
  • The host may have sent important updates—check your email
