Invite other hosts to co-host your event.
Invite other hosts to co-host your event. Your logos will both appear on the event page, and you'll share event management duties.
What is a co-host?
A co-host is another host profile that's featured on your event. When you add a co-host:
- Both host logos appear on the event page
- The event is promoted to both communities
- Both hosts' followers get notified about the event
- The other host can help manage registrations and send announcements
Co-hosts get equal visibility and credit for the event.
Add a co-host
- Go to your event dashboard
- Look for the Co-hosts section
- Click Add co-host
- Search for an existing host profile, or add by email
- The co-host is added to your event
You can also promote a registered attendee to co-host from your attendee list.
What co-hosts can do
Co-hosts can:
- View all registered attendees
- Send announcements to attendees
- Manage registrations (approve or cancel)
- View event analytics
- Co-host doesn't need admin access to your host profile
Removing a co-host
You can remove a co-host from the event anytime from the event settings.
Tips
- Invite co-hosts early so they have time to accept and co-promote
- Make sure both communities are aligned on the event details
- Co-hosting is a great way to cross-promote and reach new audiences
- Both hosts are equally responsible for the event experience
