Collect ratings and reviews from your attendees after your event ends. Feedback helps you improve future events and understand what worked.
When feedback is enabled, Eventship automatically emails your attendees after the event ends asking them to rate their experience. Attendees can rate the event overall, individual speakers, and the venue.
Feedback is enabled by default for new events. You can toggle it on or off:
You can also set a default for all future events from your host settings.
After the event, attendees receive an email with the subject "How was [event name]?" with a link to the feedback page. On that page they can:
Attendees don't need to sign in to leave feedback. The email link authenticates them automatically.
- Average rating and total responses
- Rating distribution (how many 1-star, 2-star, etc.)
- Individual feedback entries with names and comments
- Per-speaker ratings and comments (if applicable)
- Venue ratings and comments (if applicable)
